Special feature of the project:

• Building located in downtown Ottawa, very limited access for deliveries and heavy equipment.
• Coordination with the city to block sidewalks and traffic lanes in order to carry out the work.
• Control of noise and scents caused by the work so as not to harm the stays of hotel guests.
