We commit to protecting the environment by offering sustainable and innovative products, by continually optimizing our processes, and by engaging in collaborative initiatives to advance best practices in our industry
Our 2024-2027 action plan emphasizes the following:
Reducing greenhouse gases
- Major investments in the electrification of our fleets and tools, and in carpooling to construction sites
- Optimizing transportation and deliveries through more rigorous planning
- Training of staff on ecologically sound driving practices
- Offering sustainable materials that limit heat loss and service calls
- Improving our carbon footprint through a supply chain policy and supplier registry
Reducing landfill waste through an improved materials management strategy
- Prioritizing roof repairs over replacements
- Offering thermal imaging to replace insulation only where needed
- Optimizing our use of technology to eliminate the use of paper
Social
responsibility/
We support cultural and gender diversity in our workplace and put a special emphasis on the economic resilience of First Peoples by supporting their access to employment.
In our community, we support causes that improve health and empower youth.
We have proudly officialized our commitment to donate 1% of our annual sales in support of various causes. To request support, please read our donations and sponsorships policy. We are also proud to highlight the exceptional volunteerism of our staff.

Specifically, our actions focus on these objectives:
We adhere to the Good4.Global (G4G) 4P Method to implement our commitments and sustainability action plan. Progress on our commitments is made public through our member profile within the G4G online directory and community hub. Our action plan is subject to periodic audits as part of G4G’s quality assurance program, which aims to validate the authenticity of our statements and progress on our commitments.
